APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR
Electric Guitar PLC announces the appointment of Richard Jonathan Horwood as a Director of the Company with effect from 1st April 2023. Mr Horwood has extensive experience in building substantial businesses both organically and through acquisition in various sectors including media and technology. The Board believes Mr Horwood’s experience and connections will add further resource and relevant experience in sourcing, evaluating and engaging with target opportunities.
