MUMBAI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has issued a fresh directive to another DTH operator, Dish TV, to ensure compliance with its new tariff order. TRAI says that Dish TV is forcefully offering a bouquet of free to air (FTA) channels and not giving consumers any choice.
