Russias consumer electronics devices market, defined as the addressable market for computing devices, mobile handsets and AV products, is estimated at a value of around US$16.3bn in 2010. In 2010 volume sales of handsets and premium TV sets rebounded after the market suffered the impact of the economic crisis in 2009.
