The carrier rocket “Proton-M” with a communications satellite has been launched from Baikonur. The launch was conducted on behalf of one of the world’s largest providers of telecommunications services – corporation “SES”;. The new satellite is designed to broadcast digital television on the territory of Mexico, and North and Central America.
