Building on the deliberations of the 4th Global Forum Against the Crime of Genocide, the panel will look into the existing and emerging challenges of the digital age in preventing and addressing atrocity crimes. Bridging human rights, technology, innovation and humanitarian agendas, the event will examine impact of digital tools in monitoring warning signs and risk factors that can lead to preparation and perpetration of atrocities.
