Ballarat broadcasters LanceTV Inc. will be a part of these test broadcasts. ‘LaNCE TV’, which has been streaming on Facebook since 2017 (and in 2020 started splitting the stream between Facebook and Channel 31 Melbourne), recently won the Antenna Award (Community Television) for Outstanding Technical and Creative Ingenuity During Lockdown.
