The Ntondozi site is expected to be complete by the end of this month. “Last Friday, we completed Mangwaneni base and have begun testing the digital broadcast signal in readiness for June,” confirmed Sikelela Dlamini, who is Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Information, Communication and Technology.
