Fatal Attraction’s Lizzy Caplan reacts to the show’s divisive ending

Fatal Attraction finale spoilers follow.

The Fatal Attraction TV series has (seemingly) come to an end, with The Affair‘s Joshua Jackson and Mean Girls‘ Lizzy Caplan taking on the roles made famous by Michael Douglas and Glenn Close in the 1987 classic thriller.

The series takes the plot down a different path to the film, with Alex’s killer not being Dan’s wife Beth, but Beth’s best friend and business partner Arthur.

He thought about coming forward about strangling Alex and dumping her body, but a lawyer warns him against it, stating no-one would believe him.

In another twist, Dan’s daughter Ellen (played by Bird Box‘s Vivien Lyra Blair) starts to some exhibit Alex-esque manipulation, potentially leaving the door open for more.
