School Spirits is officially returning for a second season on Paramount+.
The Young Adult series stars Peyton List (Cobra Kai) as Maddie Nears, a teenage girl who becomes stuck in the afterlife at her high school, alongside some other ghost students.
While she’s trapped in limbo, Maddie tries to piece together how she disappeared and died, but the closer she gets to discovering the truth, the more secrets and lies she uncovers.

The eight-part series concluded with a huge cliffhanger two months ago, so news of a second season is sure to be a relief to fans. Though, there is no confirmed release date yet.
