USSI Global, a provider of customized network, broadcast and digital signage systems and services, has a new VP of International Sales, with an emphasis on Latin American markets.

Sergio Murillo is spearheading a new LEO satellite connectivity service in the region. He is responsible for every aspect of the service, from infrastructure implementation to after-sales support and market intelligence.

Murillo will also lead distribution partner selection, training and support, and disaster recovery initiatives. He will be based in Dallas.

For more than 24 years, Murillo has been co-founder and CEO of RED52, a licensed public telecommunications network in Mexico City, which provides teleport services for video, data, voice and internet connectivity to government and private sector customers.
