Late Filings Of License To Cover Applications Cost Broadcast Ministry

It’s a purveyor of family-friendly, faith-based content airing on a pair of low-power television stations serving Walla Walla and the Richland-Kennewick-Pasco markets in Washington.

According to the Media Bureau’s Video Division Chief, it did not timely file license to cover applications. As such, it “willfully and repeatedly” engaged in unauthorized operation of the LPTVs.

Now, it must pay up to the FCC to resolve its transgressions.
