Jordan North breaks silence after BBC Radio 1 exit

Former I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here star and radio DJ Jordan North has broken his silence following his exit from BBC Radio 1.

It was announced yesterday (February 16) that he was quitting the station after over ten years on the airwaves, to be replaced by Made in Chelsea’s Jamie Laing.

Alongside Vick Hope, North has hosted the Going Home show (3.30pm – 6pm, Monday to Thursday) since 2021.

In a statement released to North’s Instagram account, he has thanked his listeners, co-hosts, team and more in his first public comments on the situation.
