Having invested RM25 million in the past six months upgrading its analog systems on the west coast with a digital overlay, Electcoms Bhd is now prepared to spend three times the amount by 2015 to transform its network to digital in the east coast as well as Sabah and Sarawak, covering all of Malaysia.
