Chair explains challenges for organisation in a digital era

The chair of the Isle of Man Post Office admits he’s not confident the postal service can survive in the long run in its current format.

Stu Peters says they’re faced with a ‘declining market’ which they have to ‘come to terms with’.

The organisation is facing the challenge of adapting to a more digital market as letter volumes declined again over the last year.
