Coachella Valley Waking Up To New Radio Station On Wednesday

PALM SPRINGS, CA — The Coachella Valley’s 103.1 radio station will sound different starting Wednesday morning. That’s when MeTV Music at 103.1 FM (www.1031meTVfm.com) debuts with a mix of familiar songs, rarely played gems and deep tracks from landmark albums from the 50s through the 80s.

“We are bringing to the desert a unique music format of Timeless and Memorable songs that evokes strong emotions of days gone by,” said station owner Brad Fuhr.

The concept has already been popularized by the MeTV television format known as Memorable Entertainment television.

“The station’s unique blend of oldies and the stories behind the artists will also evoke strong emotions, including daily features that will provide listeners with a compelling reason to tune in each day,” Fuhr said.
