CNN has fired Rick Sanchez for controversial statements he made on an American satellite radio talk show claiming that Jews in the US were not an oppressed minority. Sanchez, a well-known Cuban-American news anchor on CNN, was speaking to Pete Dominick on XM Sirius radio when he called Jon Stewart of “The Daily Show†a bigot.
