Viet Nam: Government is setting up the “Viet Nam Panel on Climate Change” and releasing the “Viet Nam Special Report on Managing the Risks of Extreme Events and Disasters to Advance Climate Change Adaptation”

Hanoi, 22 January 2015 – Today the Government of Viet Nam is organising a conference on the establishment of the Viet Nam Panel on Climate Change (VPCC), including the country’s leading scientists on climate change impacts and climate change adaptation as well as mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions.
