Kigali Rwanda’s ICT sector continued to grow last year, boosting socio-economic development. This was through different achievements that were made during 2014. Rwanda was re-elected a member state of the Council of the International Telecommunication Union at the ITU Plenipotentiary Conference held in Busan, South Korea for 2014-2018.
