All one-off costs are waived with this offer. However, additional services such as MMS and roaming are charged by O2.
The fact that the O2 test card is free does not mean that you have to cancel it yourself. Instead, it automatically loses its validity after 30 days. You can apply for the free O2 test card yourself from the mobile phone provider*.
