IT industry adopts AI systems, technologies

AMMAN — Sixty three Jordanian IT companies have started integrating artificial intelligence (AI) systems into their product development and services, according to a recent study released by the Information and Communications Technology Association of Jordan (Int@j) on Saturday.

The study revealed that 42 per cent of companies have shown interest in incorporating data analytics tools and technologies into their product lines, which reflects their commitment to using big data to gain a better understanding of the market, enrich the customer experience and make informed decisions, according to the Jordan News Agency, Petra.

NidalBitar, CEO of “int@j”, emphasised that companies are prioritising the use of AI to enhance their capabilities across different sectors,  improve the quality of their services and develop new products that meet the evolving needs of the market.
