KANYAKUMARI: INDIA bloc can never bring development to Tamil Nadu and hence it should be defeated in the elections along with DMK and Congress, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said in Kanyakumari on Friday. Addressing a public meeting, Modi said INDIA coalition has a series of scams against its name while BJP boasts projects.
“When we have 5G, optical fibre achievements, they have 2G scam. We have Khelo India to improve sporting talent but they have Commonwealth Games scam. We have UDAN scheme but even in defence, they have a scam in helicopter procurement. DMK benefited a great deal from these scams,” he said. TNN
