Fitch Rates CBS’ Senior Notes ‘BBB’; Outlook Stable

)–Fitch Ratings has assigned a ‘BBB’ rating to CBS Corporation’s (CBS) proposed issuance of benchmark-sized senior unsecured notes maturing in 2025. The proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purpose including the repayment of short-term debt and share repurchases.
