New smartphones including Samsung Electronics’ Galaxy S4 that are equipped with chips enabling LTE (long-term evolution)-advanced are available Wednesday from LG U+. The mobile carrier has nicknamed the new LTE-A service “100% LTE” because it makes both voice calls and data transfers at twice the speed of the old LTE network.
