DPR pegs refineries licensing fees at $150,000

The Department of Petroleum Resources, DPR, has undertaken a review of its templates and processes of license issuance for the petroleum industry, pegging the fees for granting Licence to Establish (LTE) and Licence to Operate (LTO) of a petroleum refinery at $150,000.
