CST publishes 2nd edition of ‘ICT and Space Sustainability in Saudi Arabia’ 

RIYADH — The Communications, Space and Technology Commission (CST) has published the second edition of the “ICT and Space Sustainability in Saudi Arabia” report.

It is published in collaboration with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) and the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

The essential role of digital infrastructure, ICT and space sectors in enabling other sectors was highlighted in the report. The report features CST’s endeavors to achieve collaborative digital regulation and a sustainable digital economy.

By adopting the (C.I.R.C.L.E.) road map, the report reflects CST’s efforts to bridge the digital divide, provide ICT services in remote areas, increase reliance on renewable energy sources, and raise recycling rates.
