WINNIPEG – It’s official, MTS in Manitoba is now Bell MTS. Bell has completed it’s takeover of Manitoba Telecom Services. The deal is worth $3.9 billion. It received CRTC approval in December and the federal government signed off in February. Bell are promising to leave prices on wireless plans the same for one year.
