SYDNEY, Feb. 1 (Xinhua) — Australian Telecommunications giant Telstra has launched the worlds first Gigabit LTE network for mobile internet. A media demonstrated of a computer linked to the service on Tuesday reached a download speed of 886 Mb per second, 10 times faster than the countrys fiber optic network.
