Three people were cited for prohibited camping and offensive littering by Roseburg Police on Friday.
An RPD report said at 11:30 a.m. a 49-year man was contacted by his campsite near the riverbank at Fir Grove Park on West Harvard Avenue. There was allegedly an extensive amount of trash surrounding the camp.
At 1:30 p.m. officers contacted a 41-year old man and a 33-year old woman at their camp at Templin Beach Park in the 100 block of Southeast Templin Avenue. The camp was reportedly littered with trash surrounding the area.
All three people were released after being cited.
