St. Elmo, IL-(Vandalia Radio)- A St. Elmo woman is facing multiple felony charges.
29 year old Brittany Nichole Grant is facing a charge of Unlawful Possession of Weapons by a Felon. Information on the charge says the defendant—who has been convicted of a felony in Effingham County—is alleged to have possessed a 25 caliber Browning handgun. The charge is a Class 3 Felony. Grant is also charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, which is a Class 3 Felony.
Grant will next appear in Fayette County Court on November 13th at 10 am for a preliminary hearing and appearance with counsel.
