WP: 18,000 S. Korean Adoptees in US Without US Citizenship

About 18-thousand South Koreans adopted by United States citizens have not acquired U.S. citizenship although they grew up as Americans. According to the Washington Post on Friday, tens of thousands of people who were adopted internationally by American parents between the 1950s and 1980s were never naturalized.
