Mexico City (VNA) – A delegation from the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV), led by Deputy Head of the CPV Central Committee’s Commission for External Relations Nguyen Tuan Phong, attended an annual international conference on “parties and a new society” in Mexico City from March 10 to 12.
