Two arrested at BIA with 14,500 foreign cigarettes

By Charunya Rajakaruna Two persons have been arrested by the Customs officials at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) attempting to smuggle in foreign cigarettes.

The two Sri Lankans, arriving from Singapore, had hidden 72 cartons and 10 packets of foreign cigarettes hidden in their travelling bags.
