. KUWAIT: His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al- Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah sent a cable yesterday to Kuwaiti triathlete Abdulaziz Al-Rashed and congratulated him on winning the gold medal in a US triathlon contest and qualifying for an international tournament.
