Thailand’s ongoing political crisis is being keenly monitored in neighboring Burma. As Thai troops stormed the Redshirt rally site, Burmese living in Burma followed reports of the dramatic events carried by short wave radio stations, the Internet and satellite TV. State-run newspapers were careful not to report on the mayhem in Thailand.
