Hurriyet: Six ISIL suspects detained in Turkey’s İzmir over planned May Day attacks

Izmir. Turkish police early on April 30 detained six suspected militants of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) in the western coastal city of İzmir, Hurriyet reports. The suspects were allegedly planning an act of terror targeting the May 1 International Workers’ Day celebrations.
