Lusine Vasilyan Public Radio of Armenia Armenia’s decision to join the Caroms Union has led to changes in the provisions of the interstate agreement on subsidization of the gas price, Armenian Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Armen Movsisyan declared at the National Assembly today.
