SIOUX FALLS, S.D. Republican U.S. Sen. John Thune and Democratic candidate Jay Williams will hold their first debate of their Senate race Thursday. Williams, a Yankton businessman, is running a longshot campaign while Thune seeks a third term. The evening event on South Dakota Public Broadcasting is the first of four this month.
