Darlingh was fired from her job in September after being put on unpaid suspension since she filmed saying ‘f*** transgenderism’ in April
The former school counselor is now suing the school district for violating her First Amendment rights to free speech and terminating her
Darlingh said that her former colleagues have turned on her and protested outside of her home following the video’s release on a feminist channel
