Tsvetelin Tsvetanov, chairman of Bulgaria ’s Road Transport Administration Executive Agency , has been detained by police in Sofia as part of a country-wide operation against suspected wrongdoing in licensing procedures at the agency, public radio broadcaster BNR reported on Wednesday.
