According to U.S. human rights organisation Freedom House, Estonia continues to be among the states with the highest Internet freedom in the world but has fallen from the top position to the second position in Freedom on the Net study for 2013, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports. Lithuania and Latvia are not included in the study.
