Dallas area police are on the lookout for a suspected burglar who allegedly broke into a vehicle and waved at the owner filming him. The recently released footage shows a man looking through an unlocked vehicle in a Richardson, Texas driveway. As he walks away, the suspected burglar spots a resident filming him and he gives the owner a short wave.
