The sentences were handed down Friday by Judge Reggie B. Walton in U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. On Nov. 20, 2009, defendant Kendall Myers, 73, aka “Agent 202,†pleaded guilty to a three-count criminal information charging him with conspiracy to commit espionage and two counts of wire fraud.
