MELBOURNE — E’mer Paw San Shwe, a Karen refugee, was doing a sound check in a small radio studio here, which will soon produce a Karen community radio program that will go on the air in July. A group of Karen volunteers in Melbourne, Australia, plan to launch the community radio program in cooperation with 3ZZZ radio.
