Bar gets new frequency. WOW’s owners in Fargo, ND (USA) say the bar is the first in the nation to combine a nightclub with a fully operational shortwave broadcast signal. The signal will broadcast on 94.7 FM to the edge of 13th Avenue and 43 1/2 Street.
