The senior team from BlueSquare Capital, a boutique investment bank specializing in the technology, media and telecommunications industries, has joined Oberon Securities, an investment banking firm focused on middle market companies.
The three BlueSquare professionals Russ Crafton, Jeen Pae and Rob Dressler have joined Oberon as Managing Directors. BlueSquare will continue operations as an affiliate of Oberon.
