Seth Rogan Hollywood comedy gets greenlit at Apple TV+

Seth Rogen’s latest TV project has found itself a home, at Apple TV+.

As reported by Deadline, the untitled series will have Rogen co-writing, co-directing and serving as one of the executive producers. It was the centre of a fierce bidding war between multiple distributors.

Rogen will be sharing writing and directing duties with producing partner Evan Goldberg, while Veep‘s Peter Huyck and Alex Gregory are also involved in penning the scripts and executive producing.

The series is about a legacy Hollywood studio trying to survive decades after its heyday, in a world where the movie business is more focused on money than creating art.
