Sofia. Telecommunication operator Bulsatcom offering digital TV and an optical Internet, plans to expand its offering and mobile telephony, the company said. The company has already filed applications for the electronic communications by mobile terrestrial networks using a 2 x 5 MHz in the band 1800 MHz.
