Jakarta (ANTARA) – Communication and Informatics Ministry ensures the substance of the regulations governing the communications and informatics sector had not undergone significant changes in Regulations in lieu of Law (Perppu) No. 2 of 2022 on Job Creation.
“For the communication and informatics sector, in substance, nothing has changed in terms of regulations and only technical changes in writing, such as typos and capitalization,” Head of Legal Bureau of the ministry Bertiana Sari noted during the web seminar titled “Socialization of Perppu No. 2 of 2022 on Job Creation in Communication and Informatics Sector” on Tuesday.
Bertiana remarked that the communication and informatics sector is regulated in paragraph 15 of the Perppu on Job Creation.
