Bulgarian Roma Peddle Free TV Decoders for Cash

Roma people from Bulgaria’s Black Sea city of Varna are selling for cash at the local flea market the digital TV decoders they received for free. The Roma obtained the devices as social welfare provision in order to be able to watch public TV digital broadcasts after the analogue signal switch-off on September 30th.
