PMG Expands Hawaii Radio Group with KFMN-FM Purchase

Pacific Media Group, a Hawaii-based media company with statewide radio, website, app, TV channels and digital products, has entered into an agreement to purchase KFMN (FM 97) on the island of Kauai. The purchase agreement is subject to FCC approval. Pacific Media Group also executed a Time Brokerage Agreement (TBA) that became effective on December 1. The TBA allows Pacific Media Group to manage sales and programming for the station while waiting for FCC approval.
